1. The Service
TinyChord is a PWA web app that allow users to play chords and accompaniment while singing.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
TinyChord is free to use, as is, with no accounts.
Some additional services may need a paying account (cloud synchronisation, presets, songs …)
2. Accounts
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service unlawfully, don’t defraud or spam others, don’t infringe intellectual-property rights, and don’t probe, scrape, or attempt to interfere with the Service’s security or infrastructure.
4. Intellectual property
TinyChord and its software, branding, and documentation are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you’ve selected. You retain ownership of your content (pieces, notes, recordings, annotations); you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
5. Payments, subscriptions, refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe.
Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe’s Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for the money-back window.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination you can request an export of your data within a reasonable window; afterwards it will be deleted.
7. Warranties & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where mandated by law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
